Tour 1849

USA, Oregon

The tour leader is Richard Dugdale

I am a keen cyclist, riding regularly and leading day rides with local clubs and am a British Cycling Accredited Level 2 Coach. I have toured extensively in Britain and 17 other countries, including many in Europe, USA, Turkey, India, China, Japan, Vietnam, New Zealand and Australia (including Tasmania). I have ridden 75,000 miles during the last 16 years and I like to experience different cultures and enjoy dramatic scenery, especially that of the Far East, having a preference for worldwide tours. Several Sportives have been on the calendar for several years, especially those for Charity fund raising and I rode the 200k 1st Stage of the 2007 Tour de France from London to Canterbury and have ridden many Cols in the French and Italian Alps. My other interests are collecting and riding old bicycles, cars, tractors photography, film making and charity work through Rotary
