Information for CTC Holidays customers

WELCOME to our cycling holidays for 2021/2

After having to cancel the majority of our cycling holidays in 2020 due to covid-19, we are looking forward to life returning to normal through this year.  We are therefore pleased to announce our programme of cycling holidays for 2021 and beyond. Whilst the majority of our UK holidays are now open for bookings, we will open our overseas holidays for pre-booking only whilst we continually assess ongoing travel restrictions. All of these holidays have been fully planned by our experienced team of Tour Managers and will be run within our refreshed customer focussed procedures, subject to covid-19 travel restrictions. If you are interested in booking a place on one of our overseas holidays, click the “Enquire Now” button and ask to be added to a waiting list. As soon as we make the decision to open these holidays for sale, all those on the waiting lists will be contacted and given priority when making a booking.

With covid-19 creating ongoing uncertainty surrounding travel both in the UK and beyond, we want to reassure you that, as a fully bonded tour operator with over 20 years experience, any payments you make to us are financially protected. We guarantee that should we have to cancel a holiday due to covid-19 travel restrictions, or for any other reason, we will refund you with all payments made to us. In addition, if you are booked onto a holiday and are unable to join the holiday because you or any member of your booking is diagnosed with covid-19 or are required to self-isolate, you and/or the person(s) concerned may postpone your booking to another date within a year of your original booking. Full details of our cancellation policy is contained within our Booking Conditions

Your safety is our primary concern. To that end, we will only run holidays to destinations that are safe and we will always follow the most up-to-date UK Government guidance. We will not run any holiday to a destination where the UK Government FCDO advises against all but essential travel.
