Booking Conditions & Privacy Policy
When you make a booking, your contract is with CTC Cycling Holidays & Tours Ltd, Parklands, Railton Road, Guildford, Surrey GU2 9JX (a subsidiary of the Cyclists' Touring Club, now known as Cycling UK). Our booking conditions, together with the information contained on the holiday description page of our website for your chosen holiday, form the basis of your contract with us.
Our holidays are open only to members of Cycling UK or of national organisations that are members of the European Cyclists' Federation (ECF). If you are a UK resident but not a member of Cycling UK you can still make a booking, but will need to become a member when your booking is confirmed. Our cycling holidays are designed and planned by Tour Managers who are all experienced cyclists and members of Cycling UK. They will normally travel with the group and lead the holiday, except in the case of self-led holidays. They take all possible care to ensure that all participants have a happy and successful cycling holiday. Our booking conditions seek to explain as clearly as possible the responsibility undertaken between us when you make, and we accept, a booking.
Our Privacy Policy sets out what information we collect, how we collect it and what we do with it when you make a booking on our website. In all your dealings with us you must ensure that others you represent are aware of the content of our Privacy Policy and that they consent to you acting on their behalf.
